Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions
將此藥物與其他也會延長 QT 間期的藥物（例如紅黴素、某些抗憂鬱藥或抗精神病藥物）一起使用會增加心律問題的風險。 含有鋁或鎂的藥物（例如某些抗酸劑），或鐵或鋅補充劑，會降低您的身體吸收這種藥物的量，從而降低其療效。 将这种药物与皮质类固醇一起服用会增加出现严重肌腱问题的风险，尤其是 60 岁以上的人群。 硫糖铝或去羟肌苷也会降低这种药物的吸收程度。
**警告：** 將此藥物與某些抗心律不整藥物（如奎尼丁、普魯卡因酰胺、胺碘酮或索他洛爾）或其他可以延長 QT 間期的藥物一起服用，會大大增加危險心律問題的風險。
Contraindications
對莫西沙星、其他喹諾酮類藥物或該藥物中的任何成分過敏的人不應服用。
Mode of actions
莫西沙星透過阻斷拓樸異構酶 II（也稱為 DNA 旋轉酶）和拓樸異構酶 IV 兩種酵素發揮作用，細菌需要這兩種酵素來複製、修復和使用其 DNA。 這會阻止細菌生長和繁殖。
Dosage & Administration
成人及兒童（1歲以上）
每次 1 滴，滴入受感染的眼睛，每天 3 次，持續 7 天。
1 歲以下兒童

Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
