Precautions and warnings
The doctor should diagnose all aspects of the patient's ability to take it, and then cyanocobalamin should be provided because it has the potential to disguise symptoms of subacute spinal degeneration.
Cyanocobalamin is not a good type of Vitamin B12 to use for treating visual neuropathies caused by high cyanocobalamin levels in the blood.
Side-effects

Contraindications
Patients taking Levodopa therapy or who have a hypersensitivity to any of the active ingredients should not use it.
Mode of actions
Vitamins B1 (thiamine), B6 (pyridoxine), and B12 (cyanocobalamin) are co-enzymes that are required for nervous system metabolism. As a result, the metabolism of nerve cells is normalized by this combination. By activating the metabolism and the natural repair mechanism, this combination aids in the regeneration of nerve fibers and myelin sheath. The combined efficacy of these three vitamins outperforms that of the individual components. Vitamins B1, B6, and B12 also aid in pain control by promoting the body's own mending mechanisms.
Dosage & Administration
Tablet: 1-2 tablets three times daily.
Injection: In severe cases, 1 ampoule daily until the acute symptoms subsides. For milder cases, & follow up therapy 2 or 3 should be injected weekly.
Pregnancy & Lactation
FDA has not yet classified this medicine into a specified pregnancy category. Although there is no enough evidence that taking this medicine during you are pregnant is harmful.
Discuss with your doctor if you are trying to get pregnant while taking this medicine too.
If you do become pregnant while you are taking this medicine, you should continue to take it and contact with your doctors as quickly as possible. They can assist you to decide whether or not to keep taking this medicine. If you abandon taking this medicine and become sick, this would be more pernicious to your child than staying on the medication.
There is no specific information about whether this medicine is passed on to the baby through breast milk. During this medication, if your baby becomes very sleepy, restless, fatigued, exhibit feeding problems, stop breastfeeding and talk to your doctors very quickly.
