You should talk to your drug specialist about your clinical history, particularly issues with

This medication may make you bleary-eyed or sluggish or obscure your vision. Alcohol or pot (cannabis) can make you more lightheaded or languid. Try not to drive, don't use machinery until clear vision you can do it securely
This drug may make you sweat less, making you bound to get heatstroke. Try not to do things that may make you overheat, like difficult work or exercise in a warm climate, or utilizing blistering tubs. In addition, when the climate is warm, drink enough liquids and dress should be lightweight. If you feel overheated, find a spot to cool off and rest. Move clinical assistance immediately.
Older people might be more delicate to the symptoms of this medication, particularly seizures, drowsiness, dizziness, lightheadedness, confusion, tardive dyskinesia, swallowing problems, and other serious (rarely fatal) side effects.

Aripiprazole acts as a partial agonist at D2 and 5-HT1A receptors and as an antagonist at 5-HT2A receptors.
Adult:
For schizophrenia: 10-15 mg once daily. Maintenance: 15 mg once daily. Max: 30 mg once daily without regard to food. Dose increment should not be made before 2 weeks, the time needed to achieve steady-state.
For Bipolar mania: 30 mg once daily. May reduce to 15 mg once daily according to tolerability.
Although animal reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect on the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women, but during pregnancy, this medicine can be used just when definitely required despite potential risks.
Mothers with a newborn baby who have used this drug during the last 3 months of pregnancy may seldom create symptoms including drowsiness, muscle stiffness or shakiness, feeding or breathing troubles, constant crying. If you notice any of these symptoms of your baby's particularly during their first month, tell the doctor immediately.
This medicine passes into breast milk. Talk to your doctor before breastfeeding.
