Precautions and warnings
母乳喂養和肝臟問題：如果您有肝臟問題，您的醫生會定期檢查您的肝功能和血細胞計數。 還建議從多西紫杉醇治療前一天開始，每天口服 16 毫克地塞米松，持續 3 天。
Side-effects
- 紅斑、皮疹、硬皮病、甲剝離、脫髮、噁心、嘔吐、腹瀉、口腔炎；肝轉氨酶、膽紅素和鹼性磷酸酶增加；粘膜炎、乏力、關節痛、肌痛、陣發性房性心動過速、心房撲動、心律失常、高血壓和心力衰竭。 潛在致命：中性粒細胞減少症；液體瀦留綜合徵；貧血。
Drug Interactions
影響 CYP3A4 的藥物（無論是增加、減少還是被這種酶分解）都可以改變多西紫杉醇在體內的加工方式。
Contraindications
如果您對多西紫杉醇、其溶劑或聚山梨酯 80 有嚴重過敏反應，請勿使用。如果您患有嚴重中性粒細胞減少症（白細胞計數極低）、懷孕或有嚴重肝臟問題，請避免使用。
Mode of actions
多西紫杉醇通過乾擾細胞中的微管起作用，這對於細胞分裂和其他細胞活動很重要。 它附著在游離的微管蛋白上，促進這些蛋白質形成穩定的微管，並防止它們分解。 結果，這阻止了細胞分裂。
Dosage & Administration
成人：IV 乳腺癌 初始：60-100 mg/m2，每 3 週一次，作為單藥。
胃腺癌；頭頸癌；非小細胞肺癌；前列腺癌 75 mg/m2，每 3 週一次。
Pregnancy & Lactation
懷孕期間不允許使用這種藥物。 如果您懷孕了，請勿使用它。 它可以通過皮膚和肺部吸收，從而損害未出生孩子的器官並導致先天性殘疾。 治療期間和停藥後六個月內嚴格有效的節育。 如果您確實懷孕了，請停止服用該藥並立即與您的醫生討論。
