Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions
如果您過量服用撲熱息痛，服用此藥會增加肝損傷的風險。 它還可以降低許多其他藥物的水平或有效性，例如替尼泊苷、甲氨蝶呤、抗精神病藥、β-受體阻滯劑、鈣通道阻斷劑、其他抗癲癇藥、氯黴素、西咪替丁、類固醇、環孢素、多西環素、雌激素、非氨酯、灰黃黴素、他克莫司、呋塞避孕藥、美沙酮避孕藥。 它也可能會降低胍法辛的療效。 如果與氯黴素、非氨酯、MAOIs 或丙戊酸一起服用，可能會減慢其分解速度並增加副作用。 與甲氧氟烷一起使用時，可能會增加腎臟損傷的風險。

Contraindications

Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration

睡前服用 100-320 毫克安眠藥。
兒童口服劑量：
術前：1mg至3mg/kg。

Pregnancy & Lactation
