Precautions and warnings
由於此眼藥水含有苯扎氯銨，因此使用時不應配戴隱形眼鏡。
Side-effects
- 據報道，出現輕度咽喉刺激、咳嗽和短暫性支氣管痙攣，並伴隨肺功能顯著下降。 在這種情況下，應停止治療，並且不應重新進行治療。滴注該滴劑後可能會出現短暫的刺痛和灼熱感。 其他局部刺激症狀的報導很少。
Contraindications
對色甘酸鈉過敏的人不宜使用該眼藥水。
Mode of actions
色甘酸鈉可以阻止肥大細胞釋放其內容物，這有助於防止組織胺、白三烯和其他引起過敏反應的化學物質的釋放。
Dosage & Administration
對於眼睛：
兒童及成人：每隻眼睛滴 1 至 2 滴，每日 2 至 3 次。
對於鼻子：
兒童及成人：每個鼻孔滴 1-2 滴，每日 2 至 4 次。
Pregnancy & Lactation
雖然動物生殖研究顯示出不良影響，甚至有時無法證明對胎兒的風險，並且在孕婦中沒有充分和良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，這種藥物可以在確實需要時使用。
