Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 潮熱、陰道乾燥、陰道出血、毛髮稀疏、厭食、噁心、嘔吐、腹瀉、頭痛、關節痛、骨折、皮疹、水腫、肌痛、發燒、體重增加、白細胞減少、流感樣綜合徵、乏力、頭暈、嗜睡、肝酶值異常、血栓性靜脈炎、過敏反應。
Drug Interactions
雌激素降低功效。 他莫昔芬降低血漿濃度。
Contraindications
懷孕。 過敏症、絕經前婦女。
Mode of actions
阿那曲唑抑制芳香酶，阻止雄烯二酮轉化為雌酮和睾酮轉化為雌二醇，導致血清雌二醇水平顯著降低。
Dosage & Administration
口服
晚期或局部晚期乳腺癌、早期乳腺癌的輔助治療
成人：絕經後婦女：每天 1 毫克。 輔助治療可持續長達 5 年。
Pregnancy & Lactation
懷孕期間不得使用該藥。 它可以通過皮膚和肺部吸收，從而損害未出生孩子的器官並導致先天性殘疾。 從治療前一個月和治療期間以及停藥後三年開始，嚴格採取兩種有效的節育措施。 如果您不確定哪種避孕方法對您有效，請與您的醫生討論。 在使用該藥物治療期間以及服用該藥物後至少三年內，您必須定期進行妊娠測試。 如果您似乎確實懷孕了，請停止服用此藥並立即致電您的醫生。 如果你真的懷孕了，錯過了月經，或者在沒有使用兩種避孕措施的情況下發生性行為。 在某些情況下，您的醫生可以開緊急避孕藥來預防懷孕。 服用這種藥物的人在治療期間和治療後三年內不應獻血。
此藥亦禁忌母乳。 不建議在使用這種藥物期間及之後三年內進行母乳喂養。
