Drug Interactions
मेथोट्रेक्सेट एक ऐसा उत्पाद है जो इस दवा के साथ बातचीत कर सकता है।

Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration

पेप्टिक अल्सर: सुबह 40 मिलीग्राम/दिन। अवधि: ग्रहणी अल्सर: 2-4 wk; सौम्य गैस्ट्रिक अल्सरेशन: 4-8 wk।
GERD: 40 मिलीग्राम टैबलेट, एक बार दैनिक सुबह 4 से 8 सप्ताह के लिए। प्रतिरोधी अल्सर में: 40 मिलीग्राम टैबलेट, एक बार दैनिक 8 सप्ताह के लिए। NSAIDs द्वारा प्रेरित अल्सर: 40 मिलीग्राम टैबलेट एक बार दैनिक, एनएसएआईडी के साथ निरंतर उपचार प्राप्त करने वाले रोगियों में।
तनाव या एसिड पेप्टिक रोगों से जीआई रक्तस्राव: सामान्य वयस्क मौखिक खुराक, यदि आवश्यक हो तो खुराक में वृद्धि की जा सकती है। एच। पाइलोरी संक्रमण: 40 मिलीग्राम दो बार दैनिक डब्ल्यू/ क्लेरिथ्रोमाइसिन और या तो एमोक्सिसिलिन या मेट्रोनिडाजोल।
ज़ोलिंगर-एलिसन सिंड्रोम: 160 मिलीग्राम टैबलेट प्रति दिन। एक बार एसिड स्राव का नियंत्रण प्राप्त हो जाने के बाद, खुराक को धीरे -धीरे कम किया जाना चाहिए।
एनेस्थीसिया के प्रेरण के दौरान एसिड आकांक्षा सिंड्रोम के लिए प्रोफिलैक्सिस: 40-80 मिलीग्राम टैबलेट को सर्जरी से पहले शाम को दिया जाना चाहिए और सर्जरी की सुबह फिर से दोहराया जाना चाहिए।
IV Zollinger-Ellison सिंड्रोम और अन्य हाइपरसेक्रेटरी NA नमक के रूप में राज्य: 80 मिलीग्राम/दिन। अधिकतम: 240 मिलीग्राम/दिन विभाजित खुराक में यदि तेजी से नियंत्रण आवश्यक है। गेरड; ना नमक के रूप में पेप्टिक अल्सर: 40 मिलीग्राम/दिन जब तक कि पीओ को फिर से शुरू नहीं किया जा सकता है।
