Drug Interactions
**吡哆醇：** 服用異煙肼、青黴胺或口服避孕藥可能會增加您所需的吡哆醇（維生素 B6）的量。 吡哆醇也會降低左旋多巴、苯巴比妥、六甲蜜胺和苯妥英的療效。
**核黃素：** 溴丙太林藥物會影響身體吸收核黃素（維生素 B2）的量和速度。
Contraindications
請勿用於對任何成分過敏的患者。 另外，請勿用於正在服用左旋多巴的患者。
Mode of actions
吡哆醇是一種水溶性維生素，可幫助您的身體利用碳水化合物、蛋白質和脂肪來獲取能量。 它對於製造血紅蛋白 (Hb) 和一種名為 GABA 的大腦化學物質非常重要。 它還幫助身體從肝臟和肌肉中釋放儲存的肝醣。
核黃素（維生素 B2）有助於身體從食物中獲取能量，並在細胞層面維持正常呼吸。 它對於激活吡哆醇並將色氨酸轉化為菸鹼酸也很重要。
維生素 B1（硫胺素）與 ATP 結合形成焦磷酸硫胺素，這是人體利用碳水化合物所需的關鍵輔酶。
Dosage & Administration
維生素 B6 缺乏症的治療與預防
成人：每天透過 SC、IM 或 IV 途徑給予 1 安瓿 (2 ml)，或每週 2-3 次給予 1 安瓿。
Pregnancy & Lactation
懷孕期間不得使用該藥。 它可以透過皮膚和肺部吸收，從而損害未出生孩子的器官並導致先天性殘疾。 從治療前一個月和治療期間以及停藥後三年開始，嚴格採取兩種有效的節育措施。 如果您不確定哪種避孕方法對您有效，請與您的醫生討論。 在使用該藥物治療期間以及服用該藥物後至少三年內，您必須定期進行妊娠測試。 如果您似乎確實懷孕了，請停止服用此藥並立即致電您的醫生。 如果你真的懷孕了，錯過了月經，或是在沒有使用兩種避孕措施的情況下發生性行為。 在某些情況下，您的醫生可以開立緊急避孕藥來預防懷孕。 服用這種藥物的人在治療期間和治療後三年內不應捐血。
此藥亦禁忌母乳。 不建議在使用這種藥物期間及之後三年內進行母乳哺育。
