Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions
氫氧化鋁：與檸檬酸鹽或抗壞血酸結合使用可改善吸收。 別嘌呤醇、四環素類、喹諾酮類、頭孢菌素、二磷酸鹽衍生物、皮質類固醇、環孢素、地拉夫定、鐵鹽、咪唑抗真菌藥、異煙肼、麥考酚酯、青黴胺、磷酸鹽補充劑、苯妥英、吩噻嗪、曲恩汀、苯妥英、phenothia。
當存在氫氧化鎂時，四環素和二膦酸鹽的吸收較少。 大約 2 小時後，這些藥物和其他藥物應分開服用。

Contraindications
對鋁鹽過敏。
Mode of actions
氫氧化鋁（AlCl3鹽+水）中和胃內鹽酸並提高胃內pH值。
氫氧化鎂透過產生滲透液滯留來促進腸道排空，導致結腸擴張並增加蠕動活動；與鹽酸結合時，會產生氯化鎂。
二甲矽油可降低氣泡的表面張力，分散並防止胃腸道系統出現氣泡。
Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 抗酸劑 最多 1 克/天。 慢性腎衰竭引起的高磷酸鹽血症 最多 10 g/天，分次服用，隨餐服用。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
