Precautions and warnings
To guarantee that the medicine reaches the target locations within the lungs, patients should be taught how to use the inhaler appropriately. They should also be informed about the preventative nature of Beclometasone Dipropionate HFA inhaler medication and the importance of using it on a regular basis, even if they are asymptomatic.
When given to children, intranasal corticosteroids may induce a slowdown in growth velocity.
Acute asthma attacks should not be treated with beclometasone dipropionate.
Side-effects

Drug Interactions
Potential pharmacokinetic interaction with an essential enzyme in the body called CYP3A4, located primarily in the liver and intestine. Small foreign organic molecules (xenobiotics), such as poisons or medications, are oxidized so they can be eliminated from the body. inhibitors can increase plasma beclomethasone dipropionate concentrations.
Potential pharmacokinetic interaction with CYP3A4 inducers (decreased plasma beclomethasone dipropionate concentrations).
Anti-diabetic drugs have the potential to raise blood glucose levels in diabetic people.
NSAIDs may increase the risk of gastrointestinal ulcers. Salicylate levels in the blood have dropped. When corticosteroids are stopped, serum salicylate levels may rise, potentially leading to salicylate intoxication.
Toxoids with vaccinations: Toxoids and live or inactivated vaccines may induce a reduced reaction.
Some organisms in live, attenuated vaccines may be potentiated by this substance.
Some immunizations can worsen neurologic responses (supraphysiologic dosages).
Contraindications
This recipe should not be used if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. It is not suggested for children under the age of six.
Mode of actions
To prevent or control inflammation, beclometasone slows protein synthesis, inhibits the migration of polymorphonuclear leukocytes and fibroblasts, reverses capillary permeability, and stabilizes lysosomes at the cellular level.
Dosage & Administration
Management of chronic asthma
Adults & children over 12 years: 100-400 mcg twice daily.
Children (5-12 years): 100-200 mcg twice daily. Maximum 200-400 mcg twice daily.
Prophylaxis of asthma
Adults & children over 12 years: 50-200 mcg twice daily. Increased if necessary to maximum 400 mcg twice daily.
Children (5-12 years): The usual starting dose is 100 mcg twice daily. Depending on the severity of asthma, the daily dose may be increased up to 400 mcg administered in 2-4 divided doses.
When patient's symptoms remain under satisfactory control, the dose should be titrated to the lowest dose at which effective control of asthma is maintained.
Pregnancy & Lactation
Although animal reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect on the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women, but during pregnancy, this medicine can be used just when definitely required despite potential risks.
Mothers with a newborn baby who have used this drug during the last 3 months of pregnancy may seldom create symptoms including drowsiness, muscle stiffness or shakiness, feeding or breathing troubles, constant crying. If you notice any of these symptoms of your baby's particularly during their first month, tell the doctor immediately.
This medicine passes into breast milk. Talk to your doctor before breastfeeding.
