Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 膽汁淤積性黃疸、心律不整、姿勢性低血壓、白血球減少、血小板減少、口乾、視物模糊、青光眼、尿瀦留、便秘、溢乳、男性乳房發育、閉經、陽痿。 頰：牙齦和舌頭短暫麻木。 潛在致命：骨髓抑制。 心律不整或誤吸。

Mode of actions
丙氯拉嗪的作用是阻斷腦部和引發噁心和嘔吐的區域的多巴胺受體。 它還可以減少下丘腦和腦下垂體釋放某些激素，並且具有阻斷 α-腎上腺素能和抗膽鹼能活性的作用。
Dosage & Administration
口服
預防噁心和嘔吐
成人：馬來酸鹽：5-10 mg bid/tid。
噁心和嘔吐
成人：馬來酸鹽：20 mg，如果需要，可給予更多劑量。 建議口腔劑量：馬來酸鹽：3-6 mg bid。
精神病
成人：馬來酸鹽：12.5 mg bid，持續7天，依反應逐漸調整至75-100 mg每天。 常用維持劑量：每日 25-50 mg。
兒童：1-5歲：1.25-2.5毫克； 5-12 歲：2.5-5 毫克。 如有必要，可以放棄 tid。
嚴重焦慮症的輔助治療
成人：馬來酸鹽：5-10 mg，每日 3-4 次。
眩暈症
成人：馬來酸鹽：每日 15-30 mg，分次服用。 可逐漸減少至每日 5-10 毫克。 建議口腔劑量：3-6 mg bid。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
