Aruxil is indicated for
- 腦血管供血不足、腦血管意外後的功能復健、缺血性病因的聽覺、前庭與視覺障礙、中風
Precautions and warnings
懷孕。 長期治療可能會導致下肢麻木、刺痛或蟻穴，在極少數情況下可能導致治療停止。
Side-effects
- 輕度腸胃疾病、睡眠障礙、心悸、焦慮、頭暈。 罕見情況下，體重減輕、週邊神經病變並伴隨下肢感覺異常。
Drug Interactions
不應同時使用其他含阿米曲林的產品。 單胺氧化酶抑制劑 (MAOIs) 有可能致命。
Contraindications
與 MAOIs 同時使用。
Mode of actions
透過提高動脈血的含氧量，阿米曲林和蘿巴辛協同作用，增加輸送到大腦和神經感覺組織的氧氣量。
Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 缺血性病因引起的聽覺、前庭和視覺障礙；腦血管供血不足；腦血管意外後的功能復健 每片含阿米曲林 30 毫克和蘿巴辛 10 毫克：1 片，每日兩次。
Pregnancy & Lactation
