Precautions and warnings
密切注意您的血球計數和肝功能。 育齡婦女在正常月經開始後 7 天內給藥。 在治療期間和治療後一個月內，必須採取充分的非荷爾蒙避孕措施。 在開始前和包蟲病大劑量治療期間每兩週進行一次肝功能檢查和血球計數。
Side-effects
- 胃腸道不適、頭痛、噁心、頭暈、過敏反應、搔癢、肝酵素升高、脫髮和口乾。 潛在致命：骨髓抑制。
Drug Interactions
地塞米松、吡喹酮和西咪替丁的血清濃度也增加。 氨基喹啉（抗瘧藥）、卡馬西平、苯巴比妥和苯妥英的血清濃度均較低。
Contraindications
哺乳期和懷孕期。 新生兒。 過敏，以及肝功能障礙。
Mode of actions
在腸道蠕蟲和幼蟲的腸道和被蓋細胞中，阿苯達唑亞砜（活性代謝物）會引起細胞質微管的選擇性變性；肝醣耗盡，葡萄糖攝取和膽鹼酯酶分泌受損，並且褻瀆物質在細胞內積聚。 能量耗盡、不動和蠕蟲死亡是由於 ATP 產量減少所造成的。
Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 包蟲病 >60 kg：400 mg，每日兩次；60公斤：400毫克，每日兩次； 2 年：單劑量 400 毫克；1-2歲：單劑量200毫克。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
