Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions
إن تناول هذا الدواء مع الأدوية الأخرى التي تتم إطالة فاصل كيو تي (مثل الإريثروميسين ، أو بعض مضادات الاكتئاب ، أو الأدوية المضادة للذهان) يمكن أن يزيد من خطر إطالة فاصل QT. إذا كنت تأخذ مضادات الحموضة التي تحتوي على الألومنيوم أو المغنيسيوم ، أو المكملات الغذائية مع الحديد أو الزنك ، فقد يمتص جسمك أقل من هذا الدواء. يمكن أن يؤدي استخدام الستيرويدات القشرية في نفس الوقت إلى زيادة خطر حدوث مشاكل خطيرة في الأوتار ، خاصةً في الأشخاص الذين تزيد أعمارهم عن 60 عامًا. يمكن أن يقلل السكرالفيت أو didanosine من مقدار هذا الدواء الذي يمتص جسمك.

Mode of actions
يعمل Moxifloxacin عن طريق منع عمل اثنين من الإنزيمات ، Topoisomerase II (يسمى أيضًا DNA Gyrase) و Topoisomerase IV. هذه الإنزيمات ضرورية للبكتيريا لنسخ وإصلاح وقراءة الحمض النووي الخاص بها. عن طريق إيقاف هذه الإنزيمات ، يمنع الموسيفلوكساسين البكتيريا من النمو والانتشار.
Dosage & Administration

في التهاب الجيوب الأنفية البكتيرية الحاد ، يتم إعطاء موكسيفلوكساسين 400 ملغ مرة واحدة يوميًا لمدة 10 أيام. • في تفاقم البكتيريا الحاد للتهاب الشعب الهوائية المزمن موكسيفلوكساسين 400 ملغ مرة واحدة يوميًا لمدة 5 أيام.
• في المجتمع الذي تم الحصول عليه من الالتهاب الرئوي الموسيفلوكساسين 400 ملغ يتم إعطاؤه مرة واحدة يوميًا لمدة 7-14 يومًا.
• في التهابات بنية الجلد والجلد غير معقدة ، يتم إعطاء موكسيفلوكساسين 400 ملغ مرة واحدة يوميًا لمدة 7 أيام. • في التهابات بنية الجلد والجلد المعقدة ، يتم إعطاء موكسيفلوكساسين 400 ملغ مرة واحدة يوميًا لمدة 7-21 أيام.

Pregnancy & Lactation
