Precautions and warnings
服用此藥時喝足夠的液體。 避免強烈陽光或太陽燈。 如果您患有癲癇、任何中樞神經系統 (CNS) 問題或糖尿病，請謹慎使用。 如果您有嚴重的肝臟問題，不建議使用這種藥物。 它會使重症肌無力變得更嚴重。 如果您感到肌腱疼痛或腫脹或破裂，請立即停止使用。 如果您感染金黃色葡萄球菌，則很有可能產生抗藥性。 老年人，尤其是服用皮質類固醇的老年人，肌腱問題的風險更高。 如果您有心臟問題，例如心跳緩慢、心臟病發作史、QT 間期長、心臟衰竭或低鉀，請務必小心。 請勿將本藥與其他也會延長 QT 間期的藥物一起使用。 長期服用這種藥物會增加其他感染的風險，包括真菌或細菌重複感染。
Side-effects
- 胃腸道紊亂、中樞神經系統效應、過敏型反應、可逆性關節痛、肝功能檢查異常、肝炎、血液失調、心搏過速、重複感染、注射部位疼痛和刺激、肌腱損傷、靜脈炎和血栓性靜脈炎、週邊神經病變、光過敏、腹痛、頭痛、陰道炎。
Drug Interactions
將此藥物與其他也會延長 QT 間期的藥物（如紅黴素、某些抗憂鬱藥或抗精神病藥物）一起服用會進一步增加 QT 間期延長的風險。 如果您服用含有鋁或鎂的抗酸劑，或含有鐵或鋅的補充劑，您的身體可能會減少這種藥物的吸收。 同時使用皮質類固醇會增加嚴重肌腱問題的風險，尤其是 60 歲以上的人。硫糖鋁或去羥肌苷也會降低身體吸收這種藥物的量。
警告：將此藥物與某些心律藥物（如奎尼丁、普魯卡因酰胺、胺碘酮或索他洛爾）或任何其他延長 QT 間期的藥物一起服用可能會危險地增加 QT 間期延長的風險，從而可能危及生命。

Mode of actions
莫西沙星透過阻斷拓樸異構酶 II（也稱為 DNA 旋轉酶）和拓樸異構酶 IV 兩種酵素的作用發揮作用。 這些酵素對於細菌複製、修復和讀取 DNA 至關重要。 透過阻止這些酶，莫西沙星可以防止細菌生長和擴散。
Dosage & Administration

• 非複雜性皮膚和皮膚結構感染，莫西沙星 400 mg 每天一次，持續 7 天。 • 對於複雜性皮膚和皮膚結構感染，莫西沙星 400 mg 每天一次，持續 7-21 天。 • 對於複雜性腹腔內感染，莫西沙星 400 mg 每天一次，持續 5-14 天。

Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
