Drug Interactions

Contraindications

Mode of actions
Seng merupakan kofaktor dalam lebih dari 100 enzim, berperan dalam sintesis DNA, meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh yang sehat, membantu pemeliharaan indera penciuman dan rasa, dan dapat membantu insulin bekerja dengan baik.
Dosage & Administration
Tablet: Untuk bayi berusia antara 2 hingga 6 bulan: 10 mg Zinc sekali sehari selama 10-14 hari. Untuk anak-anak berusia antara 6 bulan hingga 5 tahun: 20 mg Zinc sekali sehari selama 10-14 hari. Untuk indikasi lain Dosis yang dianjurkan untuk anak-anak adalah 2 hingga 2,5 mg/kg/hari. Anak di bawah 10 kg: 10 mg Zinc 2 kali sehari. Anak-anak dengan berat badan 10 hingga 30 kg: 20 mg Zinc 1-3 kali sehari. Dewasa dan anak dengan berat badan di atas 30 kg: 40 mg Zinc 1-3 kali sehari.
Sirup: Anak dibawah 10 kg : 5 ml (1 sendok teh) 2 kali sehari. Anak dengan berat antara 10 - 30 kg : 10 ml (2 sendok teh) 1-3 kali sehari. Dewasa dan anak di atas 30 kg : 20 ml (4 sendok teh) 1-3 kali sehari.
Pregnancy & Lactation
FDA belum mengklasifikasikan obat ini ke dalam kategori kehamilan tertentu. Meskipun tidak ada cukup bukti bahwa meminum obat ini selama Anda hamil berbahaya.
