Daclin is indicated for

Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions

Contraindications

Mode of actions
克林黴素的作用原理是附著在細菌核醣體的 50S 部分，阻止細菌製造蛋白質並減緩其生長。 它可以增加阿曲庫銨等肌肉鬆弛劑的作用。 它還可能減少像副交感神經系統一樣起作用的藥物的作用。 克林黴素可以乾擾類似的抗生素，如大環內酯類、酮內酯類、鏈陽菌素、利奈唑胺和氯黴素。 當與華法林、醋硝香豆素或氟二酮等血液稀釋劑一起服用時，可能會增加出血風險或增加凝血酶原時間或 INR 等凝血測試結果。
Dosage & Administration
按照醫生的建議，用溫水或肥皂輕輕清潔臉部或受影響的區域。 皮膚乾燥後，將乳液薄薄地塗在患處，每天兩次，早晚各一次。
使用乳液後三小時內請勿清洗。 治療時間通常為6週或遵醫囑。
然而，可能需要 8 至 12 週的治療才能獲得最大益處。
Pregnancy & Lactation
