Precautions and warnings
類固醇可以隱藏、引發或加重眼部感染。

Side-effects
- 滴注後可能會出現短暫的灼熱感。 罕見：過敏反應，包括眼瞼濕疹和穿刺性角膜炎。 長期使用外用類固醇可能會延遲傷口癒合、增加眼壓、發生白內障並導致角膜和鞏膜變薄。
Contraindications
如果您對任何成分過敏，請勿使用。 如果您的角膜有損傷或潰瘍，請勿使用。 如果您患有病毒性眼部感染（如單純皰疹或牛痘）或真菌感染，請避免使用。
如果您患有眼結核，請勿使用。
如果您患有青光眼，請勿使用。
Mode of actions
氟米龍透過減少發炎而起作用。 它透過阻止某些白血球移動到發炎區域並防止液體從小血管漏出來來實現這一點。
慶大霉素是一種氨基糖苷類抗生素。 它附著在細菌的核醣體亞基（特別是 30 和 50 亞基）部分上，阻止細菌正常製造蛋白質。 這個過程會破壞細菌的細胞膜並有助於殺死細菌。
Dosage & Administration
無菌眼用混懸液：
細菌感染：劑量取決於疾病的嚴重程度。 建議每天 5 次將 1 滴塗抹到受影響眼睛的結膜囊中。 嚴重情況下，劑量可增加至每小時 1 滴，持續 1 至 2 天。
眼部術後感染：1滴，每日4次，滴入結膜囊內，持續1週。 然後建議在治療的剩餘部分減少使用頻率。
無菌眼膏：
細菌感染：每日 3-4 次塗抹於受影響的眼睛。
眼部術後感染：晚上睡覺前塗抹眼藥膏以支持眼科懸浮液的治療。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
這種藥物會進入母乳。 哺乳前請先諮詢您的醫生。
