Side-effects

Drug Interactions

Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 焦慮 50-100 mg 4 次/天。 搔癢症初始：夜間 25 mg，每天 3-4 次，最多 25 mg。 輔助術前或術後鎮靜 50-100 mg。 IM 迅速控制焦慮或躁動 初始劑量：50-100 mg，如果需要，可每 4-6 小時重複一次。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
