Drug Interactions
這種藥物可能會降低血管緊張素轉換酶抑制劑或血管緊張素 II 受體阻斷劑 (ARB) 等降血壓藥物的療效。 如果與血管緊張素轉換酶抑制劑或利尿劑一起服用，腎臟問題的風險也會更高。 如果與阿斯匹靈或其他非類固醇抗發炎藥物一起使用，副作用可能會更嚴重。 與氟西汀、噻噻噸或阿普唑侖等某些藥物一起服用可能會引起幻覺。
嚴重風險：
- 如果與華法林一起服用，會增加危險的胃出血的機會。

- 丙磺舒可以增加血液中該藥物的濃度。
Contraindications
如果您對阿斯匹靈或其他非類固醇抗發炎藥物過敏、患有氣喘、鼻息肉、腫脹（血管性水腫）或支氣管痙攣等呼吸問題，則不應使用該藥。 也不建議有中度至重度腎臟問題的人或懷孕或哺乳期的人使用。
Mode of actions
酮咯酸透過阻斷環氧合酶而發揮作用，從而降低體內前列腺素的產生。
Dosage & Administration
每天 2-3 次，在每個鼻孔噴灑 1 次或遵醫囑。
Pregnancy & Lactation
懷孕期間不允許使用這種藥物。 如果您懷孕了，請勿使用它。 它可以透過皮膚和肺部吸收，從而損害未出生孩子的器官並導致先天性殘疾。 治療期間及停藥後六個月內嚴格有效的節育。 如果您確實懷孕了，請停止服用此藥並立即與您的醫生討論。
