Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- عن طريق الفم: التخدير. تفاعلات فرط الحساسية. الإرهاق، الدوخة، الطنين، عدم القدرة على التركيز، عدم التناسق، التهيج، الأرق والرعشة. غثيان، قيء، إسهال، مغص، ألم شرسوفي، فقدان الشهية، جفاف الفم، إمساك. احتباس البول. الخفقان والصداع. عدم وضوح الرؤية، وزيادة ضغط العين. ضعف عضلي. نادرا، خلل التنسج الدموي على سبيل المثال. ندرة المحببات وفقر الدم الانحلالي. العيون: تضخم حدقة العين بشكل مؤقت، احمرار العين (الإفراط في الاستخدام).
Drug Interactions
يمكن أن تسبب المضادات الحيوية أمينوغليكوزيد ضررًا للأذن (تسمم أذني)، ولكن قد يكون هذا التأثير مخفيًا.
خطير: الخلط مع الكحول أو المهدئات أو المواد الأفيونية أو الحبوب المنومة أو أدوية الخدار يمكن أن يزيد النعاس بشكل خطير ويبطئ الدماغ. ويمكنه أيضًا أن يجعل الآثار الجانبية لمثبطات MAO، والأتروبين، ومضادات الاكتئاب ثلاثية الحلقات (TCAs) أقوى.
Contraindications
أعراض تضخم البروستاتا. حديثي الولادة والرضع المبتسرين.
Mode of actions
فينيرامين هو نوع من الأدوية التي تمنع مستقبلات الهستامين H1. يمكن أن يسبب أيضًا بعض النعاس وله تأثيرات خفيفة تشبه تأثيرات الأدوية التي تمنع الأسيتيل كولين.
Dosage & Administration
بالغ: حالات الحساسية PO؛ الوقاية من دوار الحركة كما ماليات:
سير: 15-30 ملغ 2-3 مرات/يوم.
علامة التبويب: ما يصل إلى 45 ملغ 3 مرات في اليوم. الحد الأقصى: 3 ملغم/كغم/يوم.
للوقاية من دوار الحركة: تناول الجرعة الأولى قبل 30 دقيقة على الأقل من السفر.
الأطفال من عمر 1 – 3 سنوات: نصف ملعقة قياس 2 أو 3 مرات يومياً.
الأطفال من 4 إلى 12 سنة: ملعقة قياس واحدة 2 أو 3 مرات يومياً.
Pregnancy & Lactation
على الرغم من أن دراسات التكاثر الحيواني أظهرت تأثيرًا سلبيًا على الجنين ولا توجد دراسات كافية ومراقبة بشكل جيد عند النساء الحوامل، إلا أنه خلال فترة الحمل، يمكن استخدام هذا الدواء فقط عندما تكون هناك حاجة إليه بالتأكيد على الرغم من المخاطر المحتملة.
نادراً ما تظهر على الأمهات اللاتي لديهن طفل حديث الولادة والذين استخدموا هذا الدواء خلال الأشهر الثلاثة الأخيرة من الحمل أعراض بما في ذلك النعاس، وتصلب العضلات أو الارتعاش، ومشاكل التغذية أو التنفس، والبكاء المستمر. إذا لاحظت أياً من هذه الأعراض لدى طفلك خاصة خلال شهره الأول، أخبري الطبيب فوراً.
ينتقل هذا الدواء إلى حليب الثدي. تحدثي مع طبيبك قبل الرضاعة الطبيعية.
