Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions
它可能會降低左旋多巴的作用。 當與止痛藥、抗毒蕈鹼藥或苯二氮平類藥物一起使用時，可能會產生額外的有益效果。
Contraindications
嚴重腎/肝/心臟功能障礙。 卟啉症。
Mode of actions
屈他維林是一種透過阻斷磷酸二酯酶-IV 酶來幫助放鬆平滑肌的藥物。 它快速而直接地作用於肌肉以阻止痙攣。 透過平衡肌肉中的某些化學物質（環磷酸腺苷和鈣），屈他維林有助於緩解肌肉痙攣和疼痛。
Dosage & Administration
成人：每次1至2片，每日3次。
兒童（6歲以上）：1/2至1片，每日1-2次。
兒童（1-6歲）：1/4至1/2片，每日1-2次。
注射：成人：1至2安瓿，肌肉注射或皮下注射，每日1-3次。 用於治療急性結石絞痛：緩慢靜脈注射 1 或 2 安瓿。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
