Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions
與抗葡萄球菌青黴素一起使用效果更好。 與環丙沙星一起使用時效果不佳，並且可能會產生幹擾。
Contraindications
外用氫化可的松不應用於由病毒、結核病或真菌引起的皮膚感染。 它也不適合對其任何成分過敏的人。
Mode of actions
夫西地酸透過阻止建造和延伸蛋白質鏈所需的勝肽亞基的運動來阻止細菌製造蛋白質。 這可以防止細菌生長。
Dosage & Administration
局部/皮膚皮膚感染 成人：2% 軟膏/乳霜/凝膠：塗抹於受影響區域，每天 3-4 次，直至有改善。
如果使用紗布敷料，則使用頻率可減少至每天 1-2 次。
兒童：2% 軟膏/霜/凝膠：塗抹於患處，每天 3-4 次，直至有改善。 如果使用紗布敷料，則使用頻率可減少至每天 1-2 次。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
這種藥物會進入母乳。 哺乳前請先諮詢您的醫生。
