Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 心跳加速、精神錯亂、幻覺、煩躁、惡夢、憂鬱；畏光;肌腱斷裂；頭痛、頭暈、失眠、寒顫、發燒；背痛、腹痛；便秘，噁心，嘔吐，腹瀉，舌頭發炎，口腔潰瘍；視力異常、耳鳴、陰道炎。 潛在致命：高滲透壓性非酮症高血糖昏迷、糖尿病酮酸中毒、低血糖昏迷、痙攣和精神狀態改變。
Drug Interactions
將本藥與其他也會延長 QT 間期的藥物（例如某些抗心律失常藥（如胺碘酮、奎尼丁或索他洛爾）、三氧化二砷、西沙必利、氯丙嗪、氟哌利多、甲氟喹、多拉司瓊、美索達嗪、莫西沙星、匹莫齊特、他克莫、噴他可服用 QS嗪）間期延長的藥物。嚴重心律問題的風險。
與其他影響血糖水平的藥物（如抗糖尿病藥物）一起使用時，血糖問題的風險也會更高。
此外，當口服或註射時，這種藥物可以提高血液中茶鹼的水平，影響身體分解咖啡因的方式，增加華法林等血液稀釋劑的作用，並在與環孢素一起使用時導致肌酐水平暫時升高。

Mode of actions
加替沙星是一種稱為氟喹諾酮類的抗生素。 它的作用是阻止細菌製造它們生長和繁殖所需的DNA。 它透過阻斷細菌中兩種重要的酶來實現這一點：DNA 旋轉酶和拓撲異構酶 IV。 這兩種酵素都是細菌繁殖和分裂所必需的。
Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 敏感感染 400 mg，每日一次，持續 7-14 天。 無併發症的淋病；無併發症的泌尿道感染 400 mg 單劑量。 IV 敏感感染 400 mg，每日一次。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
