Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 腹瀉、腹痛、噁心、便秘、頭痛、頭暈、嗜酸性粒細胞增多、肌肉痛、舌炎、口腔炎、皮疹。
Drug Interactions
將這種藥物與利尿劑或地高辛一起服用會增加血液中鎂含量低的風險。 它可以降低體內厄洛替尼、達沙替尼和拉帕替尼等藥物的水平，並且可以降低伊曲康唑和酮康唑的療效。 它可能會提高西洛他唑和甲氨蝶呤的水平，從而導致副作用。 抗酸劑或硫糖鋁的存在會減少您的身體吸收這種藥物的量。

Mode of actions
蘭索拉唑是一種稱為質子幫浦抑制劑（PPI）的藥物。 它的作用是阻斷胃壁細胞中的 H+/K+ ATP 酶，從而停止產酸的最後一步。 因此，蘭索拉唑減少胃酸的正常（基礎）和觸發（刺激）釋放。
Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 消化性潰瘍 30 mg，早上一次，持續 4 週（十二指腸潰瘍）或 8 週（胃潰瘍）。 分泌過多的情況初始：60 毫克/天。 每日劑量 >120 mg 應分 2 次服用。
胃酸相關性消化不良 15-30 mg，早上一次，持續 2-4 週。 胃食道逆流症 30 mg，早上一次，連續 4-8 週。 保養：15-30日一次。 預防及治療 NSAID 相關潰瘍 15-30 mg/天，持續 4-8 週。
兒童：1-11 歲 30 公斤：30 毫克，每天早上一次，持續 12 週。 如果患者在治療 2 週或更長時間後仍有症狀，可將劑量增加至 30 mg bid。 12-17 歲 30 毫克，每日一次，持續 8 週。
幽門螺旋桿菌感染 30 mg，每日兩次，通常合併克拉黴素和阿莫西林或甲硝唑。 IV 糜爛性食道炎 30 mg/天，最多 7 天。
Pregnancy & Lactation
雖然動物生殖研究顯示出不良影響，甚至有時無法證明對胎兒的風險，並且在孕婦中沒有充分和良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，這種藥物可以在確實需要時使用。
