Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- إسهال، آلام في البطن، غثيان، إمساك، صداع، دوخة، كثرة اليوزينيات، ألم عضلي، التهاب اللسان، التهاب الفم، طفح جلدي.
Drug Interactions
تناول هذا الدواء مع مدرات البول أو الديجوكسين يزيد من خطر انخفاض مستويات المغنيسيوم في الدم. يمكن أن يخفض مستويات الأدوية مثل إيرلوتينيب، وداساتينيب، ولاباتينيب في الجسم، ويمكن أن يجعل إيتراكونازول وكيتوكونازول أقل فعالية. قد يرفع مستويات سيلوستازول وميثوتريكسات، مما قد يؤدي إلى آثار جانبية. يمكن أن يقلل وجود مضادات الحموضة أو سوكرالفات من كمية هذا الدواء التي يمكن لجسمك امتصاصها.
**تحذير خطير:** قد يقلل هذا الدواء من كمية وفعالية ريلبيفيرين وأتازانافير في الدم، مما قد يكون قاتلاً.

Mode of actions
لانسوبرازول هو نوع من الأدوية يسمى مثبط مضخة البروتون (PPI). وهو يعمل عن طريق منع إنزيم H+/K+ ATPase في الخلايا الجدارية للمعدة، مما يوقف الخطوة الأخيرة لإنتاج الحمض. ونتيجة لذلك، يقلل لانسوبرازول من الإطلاق الطبيعي (القاعدي) والمحفز (المحفز) لحمض المعدة.
Dosage & Administration
للبالغين: القرحة الهضمية 30 مجم مرة واحدة في الصباح لمدة 4 أسابيع (قرحة الاثني عشر) أو 8 أسابيع (قرحة المعدة). حالات فرط الإفراز الأولي: 60 ملغ/يوم. يجب إعطاء الجرعات اليومية التي تزيد عن 120 ملغم على جرعتين مقسمتين.
عسر الهضم المرتبط بالأحماض: 15-30 مجم مرة واحدة في الصباح لمدة 2-4 أسابيع. لعلاج مرض الجزر المعدي المريئي 30 ملغ مرة واحدة في الصباح لمدة 4-8 أسابيع. الصيانة: 15-30 مرة يوميا. الوقاية والعلاج من القرحة المرتبطة بمضادات الالتهاب غير الستيروئيدية 15-30 ملغ / يوم لمدة 4-8 أسابيع.
الأطفال: 1-11 سنة 30 كجم: 30 مجم مرة واحدة يوميًا في الصباح لمدة تصل إلى 12 أسبوع. قد تزيد الجرعات حتى 30 ملغ إذا كان المريض لا يزال يعاني من الأعراض بعد أسبوعين أو أكثر من العلاج. من 12 إلى 17 عامًا 30 مجم مرة واحدة يوميًا لمدة تصل إلى 8 أسابيع.
العدوى بالبكتيريا الحلزونية 30 ملغ مرتين يومياً، عادة مع كلاريثروميسين وأموكسيسيلين أو ميترونيدازول. التهاب المريء التآكلي الوريدي: 30 ملغ/يوم لمدة تصل إلى 7 أيام.
Pregnancy & Lactation
على الرغم من أن دراسات التكاثر الحيواني أظهرت تأثيرًا سلبيًا حتى في بعض الأحيان غير قادرة على إثبات المخاطر على الجنين ولا توجد دراسات كافية ومراقبة بشكل جيد عند النساء الحوامل، ولكن أثناء الحمل، يمكن استخدام هذا الدواء فقط عند الحاجة إليه بالتأكيد.
