Precautions and warnings
تناول الليفوكارنيتين بسرعة كبيرة يمكن أن يسبب مشاكل في المعدة. لم يتم دراسة سلامة وفعالية الليفوكارنيتين عن طريق الفم لدى الأشخاص الذين يعانون من مشاكل في الكلى. إذا تناول الأشخاص الذين يعانون من مشاكل حادة في الكلى أو الذين يخضعون لغسيل الكلى جرعات عالية من الليفوكارنيتين لفترة طويلة، يمكن أن تتراكم المواد الضارة التي تسمى ثلاثي ميثيل أمين (TMA) وثلاثي ميثيل أمين-ن-أكسيد (TMAO) في أجسامهم، لأن هذه المواد تتم إزالتها عادةً عن طريق البول.

Dosage & Administration

الرضع والأطفال: 50 إلى 100 مجم/كجم/يوم مقسمة على جرعات، بحد أقصى 3 جم/يوم. يجب أن تبدأ الجرعة بجرعة 50 ملغم/كغم/يوم. الجرعة الدقيقة سوف تعتمد على الاستجابة السريرية.
Pregnancy & Lactation
