Lotenol is indicated for

Precautions and warnings
– رج الزجاجة جيداً قبل استخدامها.
- تأكد من أن طرف القطارة لا يلمس عينك أو جفنك أو أصابعك أو أي سطح لتجنب التلوث.
– لا يجوز ارتداء العدسات اللاصقة اللينة أثناء استخدام هذا الدواء.
- إذا كنت تستخدم هذا المنتج لمدة 10 أيام أو أكثر، فيجب فحص ضغط العين بانتظام.
- استخدام الستيرويدات على المدى الطويل يمكن أن يسبب التهابات فطرية في القرنية، لذا يجب مراقبة ذلك.
- قد يؤدي استخدام الستيرويد أيضًا إلى إبطاء التئام الجروح.
Side-effects
- ردود فعل موضعية (مثل عدم وضوح الرؤية، حرقان، حكة، جفاف العين)، رهاب الضوء، صداع، التهاب الأنف، التهاب البلعوم. الاستخدام المطول قد يزيد من ضغط العين داخل العين (IOP)، والذي قد يترافق مع احتمال تطور الجلوكوما وتلف العصب البصري النادر؛ تشكيل الساد الخلفي تحت المحفظة وثقب الكرة الأرضية حيث يوجد ترقق في القرنية أو الصلبة.
Contraindications
مثل الكورتيكوستيرويدات الأخرى للعين، لا ينبغي استخدام لوتيبرو إذا كان لديك معظم حالات العدوى الفيروسية في القرنية أو الملتحمة. يتضمن ذلك حالات مثل التهاب القرنية الهربسي البسيط (يُسمى أيضًا التهاب القرنية التغصني)، واللقاح، وجدري الماء (الحماق). كما أنه غير آمن للأشخاص الذين يعانون من مرض السل أو الالتهابات الفطرية في العين.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يجب عليك عدم استخدام Lotepro إذا كان لديك حساسية أو قد تكون لديك حساسية تجاه أي من مكوناته أو أدوية الكورتيكوستيرويد الأخرى.
Mode of actions
لوتيبريدنول هو الستيرويد من صنع الإنسان ولا يحتوي على الفلورايد. وهو يعمل عن طريق زيادة إنتاج بروتينات معينة تسمى الليبوكورتينات، والتي تساعد في السيطرة على الالتهاب عن طريق التأثير على مواد في الجسم تسمى البروستاجلاندين والليكوترين.
Dosage & Administration
علاج الأمراض المستجيبة للستيرويد:
ضع قطرة أو قطرتين من لوتيبرو في كيس الملتحمة للعين (العينين) المصابة أربع مرات يوميًا. أثناء العلاج الأولي خلال الأسبوع الأول، يمكن زيادة الجرعة حتى نقطة واحدة كل ساعة، إذا لزم الأمر. يجب الحرص على عدم التوقف عن العلاج قبل الأوان.
التهاب ما بعد الجراحة:
ضع قطرة أو قطرتين من Lotepro في كيس الملتحمة للعين (العينين) التي خضعت للجراحة أربع مرات يوميًا تبدأ بعد 24 ساعة من الجراحة وتستمر طوال الأسبوعين الأولين من فترة ما بعد الجراحة.
Pregnancy & Lactation
على الرغم من أن دراسات التكاثر الحيواني أظهرت تأثيرًا سلبيًا على الجنين ولا توجد دراسات كافية ومراقبة بشكل جيد عند النساء الحوامل، إلا أنه خلال فترة الحمل، يمكن استخدام هذا الدواء فقط عندما تكون هناك حاجة إليه بالتأكيد على الرغم من المخاطر المحتملة.
نادراً ما تظهر على الأمهات اللاتي لديهن طفل حديث الولادة والذين استخدموا هذا الدواء خلال الأشهر الثلاثة الأخيرة من الحمل أعراض بما في ذلك النعاس، وتصلب العضلات أو الارتعاش، ومشاكل التغذية أو التنفس، والبكاء المستمر. إذا لاحظت أياً من هذه الأعراض لدى طفلك خاصة خلال شهره الأول، أخبري الطبيب فوراً.
ينتقل هذا الدواء إلى حليب الثدي. تحدثي مع طبيبك قبل الرضاعة الطبيعية.
