Precautions and warnings
患有閉角型青光眼、尿瀦留、前列腺肥大（前列腺增生）或胃腸道阻塞（幽門十二指腸阻塞）以及患有癲癇的人應謹慎使用。 老年人和懷孕期間也應謹慎使用該藥物。 它可能會使駕駛或使用機械變得不安全。
Side-effects
- 中樞神經抑制；矛盾刺激（高劑量、兒童或老人）；頭痛，精神運動障礙；口乾、呼吸道分泌物增稠、視力模糊；排尿困難或滯留、便秘、胃逆流增加；噁心、嘔吐、腹瀉、上腹痛。 很少有血液疾病。 抽搐、流汗、肌肉痛、感覺異常、錐體外系效應、震顫、睡眠障礙、憂鬱、精神錯亂、耳鳴、低血壓、掉髮。 潛在致命：過敏反應。
Drug Interactions
將這種藥物與酒精或其他減緩神經系統的藥物一起服用可能會讓您感到特別困。 將其與某些藥物（如單胺氧化酶抑制劑（MAOIs）、阿托品或三環抗憂鬱劑（TCA））結合使用可能會增加副作用，例如乾燥或視力模糊。 這種藥物也可能隱藏某些抗生素（如氨基糖苷類）引起的耳朵損傷的早期預警信號。

Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration
成人及 10 歲以上兒童：每日 2-6 片
5-10歲兒童：每日2-4片
