Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions

Contraindications

Mode of actions
苯巴比妥是巴比妥類藥物的一種，作用時間較短。 它會降低大腦感覺區域的活動，減少運動，影響協調性，並導致嗜睡、嗜睡或鎮靜。 在較高劑量下，它可以幫助預防或控制癲癇發作。
Dosage & Administration
成人：IV 癲癇持續狀態 劑量為 10-20 mg/kg。 最大：1 克。
IV/IM/SC 安眠藥 100-320 mg/天，睡前服用。
IM 急性癲癇發作緊急管理，如果需要，6 小時後重複 200 mg。 鎮靜作用 30-120 mg/天，分 2-3 次服用。 術前鎮靜 100-200 mg 術前 1-1.5 小時。
兒童：癲癇持續狀態：IV 15-20 mg/Kg，持續 10-15 分鐘
Pregnancy & Lactation
懷孕期間不允許使用這種藥物。 如果您懷孕了，請勿使用它。 它可以透過皮膚和肺部吸收，從而損害未出生孩子的器官並導致先天性殘疾。 治療期間及停藥後六個月內嚴格有效的節育。 如果您確實懷孕了，請停止服用此藥並立即與您的醫生討論。
