Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions
لا تتناول مضادات الحموضة خلال 30 دقيقة قبل أو بعد تناول سوكرالفات. يمكن أن يقلل سوكرالفات من امتصاص بعض الأدوية، مثل التتراسيكلين، والرانيتيدين، والكيتوكونازول، والثيوفيلين، والفينيتوين، والسيميتيدين، والديجوكسين. لتجنب ذلك، تأكد من الانتظار لمدة ساعتين على الأقل بين تناول سوكرالفات وهذه الأدوية الأخرى (باستثناء مضادات الحموضة، التي يجب الفصل بينها بـ 30 دقيقة).
Mode of actions
يحمي سوكرالفات بطانة الجهاز الهضمي من حمض المعدة والبيبسين والأملاح الصفراوية. وهو يفعل ذلك عن طريق الالتصاق بالبروتينات الموجبة الشحنة في المنطقة المصابة، وتشكيل طبقة سميكة لزجة تعمل كحاجز وقائي.

للبالغين: 1 جرام 4 مرات يوميًا أو 2 جرام لمدة 4-8 أسابيع، ويمكن تمديده حتى 12 أسبوع إذا لزم الأمر. يمكن إعطاء جرعة صيانة قدرها 1 جرام لمنع تكرار قرحة الاثني عشر. الحد الأقصى: 8 جرام يوميًا.
الأطفال: من شهر واحد إلى عامين: 250 مجم 4-6 مرات يومياً؛ من 2 إلى 12 سنة: 500 ملغ 4-6 مرات يومياً ومن 12 إلى 18 سنة: 1 غرام 4-6 مرات يومياً.

Pregnancy & Lactation
