Precautions and warnings
癲癇患者、老年人和從事需要精神警覺性任務的人要小心。 也要小心閉角型青光眼、胃或腸阻塞、泌尿道阻塞、甲狀腺功能亢進（甲狀腺功能亢進）、眼內壓升高、心臟病、嚴重氣喘及懷孕期間等情況。
Side-effects
- 中樞神經系統抑制、頭暈、頭痛、鎮靜；兒童的矛盾刺激；口乾，呼吸道分泌物增稠，視力模糊，尿瀦留；胃腸道紊亂；血液惡液質。
Drug Interactions
掩蓋氨基糖苷類抗生素引起的有害耳朵效應（耳毒性）。 左旋多巴在胃中分解得更快，並透過延遲胃排空來減慢其吸收，從而降低左旋多巴的療效。 降低膽鹼能藥物（如他克林和多奈哌齊）以及某些抗精神病藥物的有效性。 纈草、聖約翰草、卡瓦卡瓦和雷公根等草藥補充劑可以增加睡意或鎮靜作用。
**危險：**
與酒精、巴比妥類藥物、止痛藥、安眠藥和抗精神病藥混合使用會危險地增加嗜睡或中樞神經系統抑制。 當與 MAOIs、阿托品或三環抗憂鬱劑 (TCA) 一起服用時，也會增加抗毒蕈鹼副作用。

Mode of actions
苯海拉明透過阻斷消化系統、血管和氣道中的 H1 組織胺受體發揮作用。 它會讓您感到困倦，並且還具有一些類似於阻斷乙醯膽鹼的藥物的作用（抗膽鹼能作用）。
Dosage & Administration
口服
成人：鹽酸鹽：25-50 mg，每日 3-4 次。 最大：300 毫克/天。
兒童：6.25-25 mg，每日 3-4 次，分劑量最多 5 mg/kg。 最大：300 毫克/天。
暈動病的治療與預防
成人：苯海拉明二（乙醯乙酯）：常用劑量：90-135 mg，如果需要，可以至少間隔 6 小時重複一次。 最大：每日 540 毫克。 為了預防，應在旅行前至少 30 分鐘給藥。
Pregnancy & Lactation
雖然動物生殖研究顯示出不良影響，甚至有時無法證明對胎兒的風險，並且在孕婦中沒有充分和良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，這種藥物可以在確實需要時使用。
