Precautions and warnings
أخبر طبيبك أو الصيدلي إذا كنت تعاني من مرض السكري، أو مشاكل في المفاصل، أو مشاكل في الكلى، أو اضطرابات عقلية مثل الاكتئاب، أو حالة عضلية معينة، أو مشاكل عصبية، أو اضطراب النوبات، أو مشاكل في الأوعية الدموية مثل تمدد الأوعية الدموية أو انسداد الشريان الأورطي أو الأوعية الدموية الأخرى، أو تصلب الشرايين، أو ارتفاع ضغط الدم، أو بعض الحالات الوراثية قبل تناول هذا الدواء.
تم ربط الليفوفلوكساسين باضطراب ضربات القلب. يمكن أن يسبب عدم انتظام دقات القلب الخطير وأعراض أخرى مثل الدوخة الشديدة والإغماء، والتي تتطلب التدخل الطبي الفوري.
إذا كنت تعاني من حالات طبية معينة أو كنت تستخدم أدوية أخرى قد تسبب مشاكل في القلب، فقد يرتفع خطر الإصابة بنظم قلب غير طبيعي. أخبر طبيبك عن جميع الأدوية الخاصة بك وإذا كان لديك أي من الحالات التالية: بعض مشاكل القلب، أو تباطؤ ضربات القلب، أو تاريخ عائلي لمشاكل معينة في القلب قبل استخدام الليفوفلوكساسين.
انخفاض مستويات البوتاسيوم أو المغنيسيوم في الدم قد يعرضك أيضًا لخطر عدم انتظام ضربات القلب. إذا كنت تستخدم أدوية معينة، مثل مدرات البول أو أقراص الماء، أو إذا كنت تعاني من اضطرابات مثل التعرق الشديد أو الإسهال أو القيء، فقد يزيد هذا الخطر. استشر طبيبك حول الاستخدام الآمن للليفوفلوكساسين.
قد يسبب لك هذا الدواء الشعور بالدوار أو الدوار. قد تصاب بالدوار إذا كنت تستهلك الكحول أو تستخدم الحشيش. لا تقم بالقيادة أو تشغيل الآلات أو المشاركة في أي نشاط آخر يتطلب الانتباه حتى تتأكد من قدرتك على القيام بذلك بأمان. الحد من تناول المشروبات الكحولية. إذا كنت تستخدم القنب، تحدث مع طبيبك.
هذا الدواء يمكن أن يجعلك أكثر حساسية لأشعة الشمس. قضاء أقل وقت ممكن في الشمس. وينبغي تجنب المصابيح الشمسية وأكشاك الدباغة. عندما تكون بالخارج، استخدم واقي الشمس وارتداء ملابس واقية. إذا تعرضت لحروق الشمس أو لاحظت احمرار الجلد، اتصل بطبيبك على الفور.
قد تتأثر اللقاحات البكتيرية الحية، مثل لقاح التيفوئيد، بالليفوفلوكساسين. ما لم ينصح طبيبك بخلاف ذلك، لا تحصل على أي تطعيمات أثناء استخدام هذا الدواء.
Side-effects
- عن طريق الفم/الرابع: الغثيان والإسهال والإمساك والصداع والأرق وتفاعلات موقع الحقن (الرابع). العيون: انخفاض مؤقت في الرؤية، حرقان في العين، ألم أو إزعاج في العين، إحساس بجسم غريب، صداع، حمى، التهاب البلعوم، رهاب الضوء. قد تكون قاتلة: الحساسية المفرطة.
Drug Interactions
السترونتيوم هو مادة قد تتفاعل مع هذا الدواء.
أوفلوكساسين وليفوفلوكساسين مضادان حيويان متشابهان إلى حد ما. عند تناول ليفوفلوكساسين، تجنب تناول أي أدوية تحتوي على أوفلوكساسين.
Contraindications
فرط الحساسية للمادة الفعالة للليفوفلوكساسين أو الكينولونات الأخرى وخاصة عند الأطفال.
Mode of actions
يتم تثبيط الإنزيمات اللازمة لتكرار الحمض النووي، وإصلاح النسخ، وإعادة التركيب، والتوبويزوميراز البكتيري الرابع وجيراز الحمض النووي، بواسطة الليفوفلوكساسين. يُظهر فعالية ضد مجموعة واسعة من الجراثيم سالبة الجرام وإيجابية الجرام في فيتامين.
Dosage & Administration
للبالغين: التهاب الجيوب الأنفية الحاد PO/IV 500 مجم مرة واحدة يومياً لمدة 10-14 يوماً. التفاقم البكتيري الحاد لالتهاب الشعب الهوائية المزمن 500 ملغ مرة واحدة يومياً لمدة 7 أيام.
الالتهاب الرئوي المكتسب من المجتمع: 500 ملغ مرة واحدة يومياً لمدة 7-14 يوماً. الالتهابات الجلدية غير المعقدة: 500 مجم مرة واحدة يومياً لمدة 7-10 أيام. الالتهاب الرئوي المستشفوي . الالتهابات الجلدية المعقدة 750 مجم مرة واحدة يومياً لمدة 7-14 يوماً.
التهابات المسالك البولية غير المعقدة: 250 ملغ مرة واحدة يومياً لمدة 3 أيام. التهاب الحويضة والكلية الحاد. التهابات المسالك البولية المعقدة 250 ملغ مرة واحدة يومياً لمدة 10 أيام. التهاب البروستاتا الجرثومي المزمن 500 مجم مرة واحدة يومياً لمدة 28 يوماً. العلاج والوقاية بعد التعرض لاستنشاق الجمرة الخبيثة 500 ملغ مرة واحدة يوميا لمدة 60 يوما.
الأطفال
- الأطفال من 6 أشهر إلى 5 سنوات: 10 ملغم/كغم كل 24 ساعة
القصور الكلوي: غسيل الكلى/CAPD: في البداية، 500 مجم يومياً، ثم 250 مجم كل 48 ساعة. بدلا من ذلك: في البداية، 750 ملغ يوميا، ثم 500 ملغ كل 48 ساعة.

Pregnancy & Lactation
