Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 胃腸道失調、食慾或體重變化、體液滯留、水腫、皮疹、蕁麻疹、精神抑鬱、乳房觸痛和疼痛、男性女乳症、性慾變化、頭痛、偏頭痛、月經週期改變、不規則月經出血、LFT 和血脂譜變化。 可能致命：過敏反應或類過敏反應。
Drug Interactions
有些藥物，如卡馬西平、灰黃黴素、苯巴比妥、苯妥英鈉和利福平，可以加速體內抗糖尿病藥物的代謝，進而降低其療效。 因此，您可能需要改變抗糖尿病藥物的劑量。
**警告：** 這些藥物也可能提高環孢素的水平和毒性風險，這可能非常危險。
Contraindications
不明原因的陰道出血、目前有血栓或嚴重的動脈疾病、肝臟問題、某些荷爾蒙敏感腫瘤或卟啉症。 懷孕期間不應使用。
Mode of actions
Lynestrenol 是一種孕激素，其結構與炔諾酮相似。 它可以單獨使用或作為某些避孕藥中的孕激素部分。
Dosage & Administration
成人： PO 避孕 單獨使用時 0.5 毫克/天，或與雌激素一起使用時 0.75-2.5 毫克/天。
月經失調 5-10 mg/天作為循環方案。
Pregnancy & Lactation
懷孕期間不允許使用這種藥物。 如果您懷孕了，請勿使用它。 它可以透過皮膚和肺部吸收，從而損害未出生孩子的器官並導致先天性殘疾。 治療期間及停藥後六個月內嚴格有效的節育。 如果您確實懷孕了，請停止服用此藥並立即與您的醫生討論。
