Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 體液和電解質失衡；酸中毒（高劑量）。 噁心、嘔吐、口渴；頭痛，頭暈，抽搐，發冷，發燒；心動過速，胸痛;視力模糊；蕁麻疹和低血壓或高血壓；急性腎衰竭;皮膚壞死；血栓性靜脈炎。
Drug Interactions
高劑量可能會導致液體和電解質失衡以及酸中毒。 其他可能的影響包括噁心、嘔吐、口渴、頭痛、頭暈、癲癇發作、發冷、發燒、心跳加速、胸痛、視力模糊、皮疹、低血壓或高血壓、突發腎衰竭、皮膚損傷和靜脈血栓。
Contraindications
肺部積液（肺充血或水腫）；顱骨內出血（顱內出血）；心臟衰竭（CHF）；因新陳代謝問題和血管脆弱而引起的腫脹；因嚴重腎臟疾病（無尿）而無法排尿；和嚴重脫水。
Mode of actions
甘露醇的作用是阻止腎臟重新吸收水分和電解質，導致尿液產生增加。 它還會提高血液中的滲透壓，將水分從身體組織中吸出並進入血液。
Dosage & Administration
靜脈注射
腎衰竭少尿期
成人：24小時內50-100公克，靜脈輸注5-25%溶液。 調整給藥速率以維持尿流量至少 30-50 mL/hr。
兒童：0.25-2公克/公斤。
腦水腫
成人：0.25-2 g/kg，靜脈輸注 15-25% 溶液，持續 30-60 分鐘。
降低升高的眼壓
成人：0.25-2 g/kg，靜脈輸注 15-25% 溶液，持續 30-60 分鐘。
腎功能檢測
成人：0.2 g/kg，輸注 3-5 分鐘。
灌溉
經尿道攝護腺電切術
成人：使用2.5-5%溶液進行膀胱沖洗。
Pregnancy & Lactation
雖然動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
這種藥物會進入母乳。 哺乳前請先諮詢您的醫生。
