Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- اكتئاب الجهاز العصبي المركزي. التحفيز المتناقض (جرعات عالية، الأطفال أو كبار السن)؛ الصداع والضعف الحركي النفسي. جفاف الفم، إفرازات سميكة من الجهاز التنفسي، عدم وضوح الرؤية. صعوبة أو احتباس البول، الإمساك، زيادة الجزر المعدي. الغثيان والقيء والإسهال وآلام شرسوفي. نادرا - اضطرابات الدم. تشنجات، تعرق، ألم عضلي، تنمل، تأثيرات خارج هرمية، رعاش، اضطرابات النوم، اكتئاب، ارتباك، طنين، انخفاض ضغط الدم، تساقط الشعر. قد تكون قاتلة: الحساسية المفرطة.
Drug Interactions
إن تناول هذا الدواء مع الكحول أو الأدوية الأخرى التي تبطئ الجهاز العصبي يمكن أن يجعلك تشعر بالنعاس الزائد. يمكن أن يؤدي دمجه مع بعض الأدوية مثل MAOIs أو الأتروبين أو مضادات الاكتئاب ثلاثية الحلقات (TCAs) إلى زيادة الآثار الجانبية مثل الجفاف أو عدم وضوح الرؤية. قد يخفي هذا الدواء أيضًا علامات الإنذار المبكر لتلف الأذن الناجم عن بعض المضادات الحيوية، مثل أمينوغليكوزيدات.
Contraindications

Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration
