Meclid is indicated for

Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 錐體外系症狀、煩躁、嗜睡、焦慮、腹瀉、低血壓、高血壓、頭痛、憂鬱、血液疾病（如無細胞增多症、正鐵血紅蛋白血症）、過敏反應（如支氣管痙攣、皮疹）、溢乳或相關疾病、血漿醛固酮水平短暫升高。 可能致命：抗精神病藥物惡性症候群；靜脈注射劑型可能會出現心臟傳導障礙。
Drug Interactions

Contraindications

Mode of actions
甲氧氯普胺有助於消化系統的上部更有效地移動食物，並加快胃排空的速度，而不改變胃液、膽汁或胰液的量。 它還可以使腸道肌肉更快地移動食物，並增強食道末端的肌肉，防止胃酸倒流。 此外，甲氧氯普胺會阻斷大腦中的多巴胺受體，也可能阻斷某些血清素受體（5-HT3）。
Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 糖尿病胃瘀症 10 mg 4 次/天。 通常持續時間：2-8週。 治療開始前 1 小時，與癌症化療或放療 2 mg/kg 相關的噁心和嘔吐。 每 2 小時間隔重複給藥 3 次。 如果需要，可以每 3 小時間隔重複 2 次額外劑量。 最大：12 毫克/公斤/天。 胃食道逆流症 10-15 mg，最多 4 次/天，取決於症狀的嚴重程度。 化療後延遲嘔吐 20-40 mg 2-4 次/天，持續 3-4 天。
IV 與癌症化療相關的噁心和嘔吐 高致吐方案：治療開始前 30 分鐘 2 mg/kg。 每隔 2 小時重複兩次。 少致吐方案：1 mg/kg。 如果嘔吐沒有得到很好的控制，則每 3 小時以 2 mg/kg/劑量額外服用 3 劑。 若前 3 劑後嘔吐得到良好控制，可將劑量減少至每 3 小時 1 毫克/公斤，再進行 3 劑。 小腸插管；為上消化道放射線檢查做好準備，單次直接注射 10 mg。
IV/IM 糖尿病胃瘀症 10 mg 4 次/天。 盡可能轉換為 PO。 通常持續時間：2-8週。 IM 術後噁心嘔吐 10 毫克，接近手術結束時。 需要時，每 4-6 小時重複一次。
腎功能損害：中度至重度：減少劑量至少 50%

Pregnancy & Lactation
