Mode of actions
Astaxanthin adalah pigmen yang ditemukan di xantofil. Dosage & Administration
Dosis harian yang dianjurkan cukup terstandarisasi yaitu 2-4 mg per hari.
4 mg setiap hari: Sebagai antioksidan kuat, meningkatkan kesehatan jantung (Aterosklerosis, menurunkan kolesterol), meningkatkan fungsi kekebalan tubuh; 4-8 mg setiap hari: Memperbaiki kondisi kulit, melindungi kulit dari kerusakan akibat sinar matahari (Mengurangi kerutan, jerawat dan tanda-tanda penuaan lainnya), meningkatkan pemulihan dari cedera sistem saraf pusat dan melindungi mata dari katarak dan degenerasi makula; 8-12 mg setiap hari: Mengurangi peradangan (Radang Sendi); 16 mg setiap hari: mengurangi risiko infertilitas.
Pregnancy & Lactation
