Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 鼻/口吸入：頭痛、疲倦、憂鬱；肌肉骨骼疼痛，關節痛；鼻竇炎、鼻炎、上呼吸道感染、咽炎、咳嗽、鼻出血；病毒感染、鼻腔和口腔念珠菌病；胸痛;腹痛，喉嚨乾燥，嘔吐，腹瀉，消化不良，脹氣，胃腸炎，噁心，嘔吐；經痛；背痛，肌肉痛；結膜炎;耳痛、中耳炎；氣喘，支氣管炎，發聲困難;鼻刺激、灼熱感和鼻中隔穿孔；喘息；鼻潰瘍；生長抑制。
Drug Interactions
如果將此藥與兩性黴素 B 或耗鉀利尿劑一起服用，則出現低鉀水平（低血鉀）的風險會更高。 它還可以降低抗糖尿病藥物降低血糖的效果。 與抗真菌藥物（如咪唑）一起服用會提高其在血液中的水平。 與氟喹諾酮類藥物一起使用會增加肌腱問題的可能性。

Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration
鼻腔治療和預防過敏性鼻炎成人：每個鼻孔每次 100 微克（2 次噴霧），每日一次，如有需要，可增加至每個鼻孔 200 微克，每日一次。 維護：每天每個鼻孔 50 微克。
兒童：2-11 歲：每天每個鼻孔 50 微克（1 次噴霧）；兒童：>12 歲：每天每個鼻孔 100 微克。
鼻息肉 成人：每個鼻孔 100 微克（2 次噴霧），每日一次；如果需要，可能會在 5-6 週後提高出價。
吸入性氣喘預防 成人：輕度至中度：最初，每天晚上一次 400 微克。 維持：200微克一次投標。 重度：最初每日 400 mcg bid，一旦控制後逐漸滴定至最低有效劑量。
兒童：輕度至中度：最初，每天一次 400 微克。 維持：200微克一次投標。 重度：最初每日 400 mcg bid，一旦控制後逐漸滴定至最低有效劑量。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
