Precautions and warnings
該藥不適合惡性腫瘤、肝功能不全患者。 懷孕期間，母親給嬰兒和孩子餵母乳。

Side-effects
- 腹瀉、噁心、疲倦、便秘、嘔吐、脹氣、胃酸倒流、味覺倒錯、關節痛、肌肉痛、蕁麻疹、口乾、頭暈、頭痛、感覺異常、腹痛、皮疹、虛弱、背痛、上呼吸道感染、咳嗽。 潛在致命：過敏反應。
Drug Interactions
西洛他唑、氯吡格雷、甲氨蝶呤和利福平是可能與此藥物相互作用的一些藥物。
有些產品需要胃酸才能被身體充分吸收。 由於奧美拉唑會降低胃酸，因此可能會影響這些藥物的療效。 阿扎那韋、厄洛替尼、奈非那韋、帕唑帕尼、利匹韋林以及某些唑類抗真菌藥物（如伊曲康唑、酮康唑和泊沙康唑）均屬於受影響的產品。
埃索美拉唑和奧美拉唑非常相似。 服用奧美拉唑時，避免服用任何含有埃索美拉唑的藥物。
潛在致命：利匹韋林、奈非那韋和阿扎那韋的血漿濃度和藥理作用可能會降低。

Mode of actions
奧美拉唑，俗稱PPI，是一種替代苯並咪唑胃抗分泌藥。 它透過抑制胃壁細胞分泌表面的 H+/K+ ATP 酶系統來抑制胃酸產生的最後一步。 酸在基礎水平和刺激水平上均被阻斷。
Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 消化性潰瘍 20 mg，每日一次。 重度：40毫克/天。 持續時間：十二指腸潰瘍：4週；胃潰瘍：8週。 維持：10-20 mg，每日一次。 NSAID 相關潰瘍 20 毫克/天。
根除幽門螺旋桿菌感染 劑量因方案而異：20 mg 每日一次或 40 mg/天，分 1-2 次服用。 與抗生素一起使用。 GERD 20 mg，每日一次，持續 4 週，如果需要，可再持續 8 週。 維持：10毫克/天。 佐林格-埃利森症候群初始劑量：60 mg，每日一次。 維持：20-120 毫克/天。 劑量 >80 mg，分 2 次服用。
全身麻醉期間預防吸酸初始：手術前晚 40 毫克，術前 2-6 小時另外 40 毫克。 酸相關消化不良 10 或 20 mg/天，每週 2-4 次。 糜爛性食道炎 20 mg/天，持續 4-8 週。 維持：20 mg/天，持續總治療長達 12 個月，包括治療期。
IV 胃和十二指腸潰瘍；反流性食道炎 40 mg，每日一次。 全身麻醉期間預防吸酸 40 mg，在手術前 1 小時完成。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
