Precautions and warnings
- لا تستخدمي هذا الدواء لفترة طويلة إذا كنت حاملاً أو تعطيه للرضع.
- كن حذرًا إذا كنت تتناول مثبطات MAO؛ تحدث مع طبيبك قبل استخدام هذا الدواء.
- لا تستخدم القطرة أثناء ارتداء العدسات اللاصقة اللينة. قم بإزالة عدساتك أولاً، وانتظر لمدة 15 دقيقة على الأقل بعد استخدام القطرات قبل وضعها مرة أخرى.
– رج الزجاجة جيداً قبل كل استخدام.
Side-effects
- حرقان خفيف، زيادة عكسية في ضغط العين (IOP)، احتقان الدم التفاعلي / تأثير الارتداد، إعتام عدسة العين وعيوب القرنية، الجلوكوما، تأثيرات جهازية (الاستخدام المزمن).
Contraindications
لا تستخدم هذا الدواء إذا كان لديك أي مما يلي:
- التهابات العين الفيروسية، مثل تلك التي يسببها فيروس الهربس البسيط
- الالتهابات الفطرية للعين
- التهابات السل في العين
- تقرحات في القرنية
– الحساسية تجاه أي من مكونات هذا الدواء
Mode of actions
يقلل الفلوروميثولون الالتهاب عن طريق منع بعض خلايا الدم البيضاء من الانتقال إلى المنطقة المصابة وعن طريق منع تسرب الأوعية الدموية بشكل كبير.
Dosage & Administration
البالغين والأطفال (فوق عمر السنتين):
غرس 1-2 قطرات في كيس الملتحمة 2-3 مرات يومياً. يمكن زيادة الجرعة إلى قطرة واحدة كل ساعة خلال أول 24-48 ساعة.
Pregnancy & Lactation
على الرغم من أن دراسات التكاثر الحيواني أظهرت تأثيرًا سلبيًا على الجنين ولا توجد دراسات كافية ومراقبة بشكل جيد عند النساء الحوامل، إلا أنه خلال فترة الحمل، يمكن استخدام هذا الدواء فقط عندما تكون هناك حاجة إليه بالتأكيد على الرغم من المخاطر المحتملة.
نادراً ما تظهر على الأمهات اللاتي لديهن طفل حديث الولادة والذين استخدموا هذا الدواء خلال الأشهر الثلاثة الأخيرة من الحمل أعراض بما في ذلك النعاس، وتصلب العضلات أو الارتعاش، ومشاكل التغذية أو التنفس، والبكاء المستمر. إذا لاحظت أياً من هذه الأعراض لدى طفلك خاصة خلال شهره الأول، أخبري الطبيب فوراً.
ينتقل هذا الدواء إلى حليب الثدي. تحدثي مع طبيبك قبل الرضاعة الطبيعية.
