Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions

非類固醇抗發炎藥可能會增加胃腸道潰瘍的風險。 血液中的水楊酸鹽水平下降。 當皮質類固醇停止使用時，血清水楊酸鹽水平可能會升高，可能導致水楊酸鹽中毒。
類毒素與疫苗接種：類毒素和活疫苗或不活化疫苗可能會導致反應減弱。
這種物質可能會增強活減毒疫苗中的某些生物。
有些免疫接種可能會惡化神經系統反應（超生理劑量）。
Contraindications
如果您對任何成分過敏，則不應使用此食譜。 不建議六歲以下兒童使用。
Mode of actions
為了預防或控制炎症，倍氯米松減緩蛋白質合成，抑制多形核白血球和纖維母細胞的遷移，逆轉毛細血管通透性，並在細胞層面穩定溶小體。
Dosage & Administration
慢性氣喘的治療
成人及 12 歲以上兒童：100-400 微克，每日兩次。
兒童（5-12 歲）：100-200 微克，每日兩次。 每日兩次，最多 200-400 微克。
預防氣喘
成人及 12 歲以上兒童：50-200 微克，每日兩次。 如有必要，可增加至最大 400 微克，每天兩次。
兒童（5-12 歲）：通常的起始劑量為 100 微克，每日兩次。 根據氣喘的嚴重程度，每日劑量可增加至 400 微克，分 2-4 次服用。
當患者的症狀仍受滿意控制時，應將劑量滴定至維持有效控制氣喘的最低劑量。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
