Precautions and warnings
肝臟或腎臟問題，或骨髓衰弱。 將這種藥物與美司鈉一起使用，並確保喝大量液體（口服或靜脈注射）以幫助預防膀胱副作用。
Side-effects
- 精神錯亂、脫髮、噁心、嘔吐、靜脈炎、嗜睡、抑鬱、幻覺。 使用異環磷酰胺期間可能會損害傷口癒合。 潛在致命：嚴重骨髓抑制、出血性膀胱炎、腎毒性、心臟毒性、昏迷。
Drug Interactions
異環磷酰胺與別嘌呤醇或順鉑一起服用時毒性更大。 它還可以使華法林發揮更強的作用，增強其血液稀釋作用。 一些加速 CYP2A6 酶的藥物，如異戊巴比妥、苯巴比妥、戊巴比妥、利福平和司可巴比妥，可能會降低血液中異環磷酰胺的含量。 相反，減緩這種酶的藥物，如異煙肼、甲氧沙林和咪康唑，可以提高異環磷酰胺的水平。
同樣，增加 CYP3A4 活性的藥物（如氨基魯米特、卡馬西平、萘夫西林、奈韋拉平、苯巴比妥、苯妥英和利福黴素）也可能降低血液中異環磷酰胺的水平。 另一方面，阻斷 CYP3A4 的藥物（如唑類抗真菌藥、克拉黴素、雙氯芬酸、多西環素、紅黴素、伊馬替尼和異煙肼）可能會升高異環磷酰胺水平。
Contraindications
過敏症；嚴重的骨髓抑制。 懷孕、哺乳期。
Mode of actions
異環磷酰胺被肝酶轉化為活性形式，充當烷化劑，干擾靶細胞中 DNA 和蛋白質的產生。 為了幫助防止膀胱和尿路損傷，通常與美司鈉一起服用。
Dosage & Administration
成人：IV 淋巴瘤；肉瘤;實體瘤有不同的許可劑量方案可供選擇。 8-12 g/m2，分 3-5 天，每週重複 2-4 個療程。
生殖細胞睾丸癌加美司鈉和充足的水合：1.2 g/m2/天，持續 5 天，每 3 週重複治療一次或在血液毒性恢復後重複治療。
腎功能損害：
CrCl (毫升/分鐘)
Pregnancy & Lactation
懷孕期間不允許使用這種藥物。 如果您懷孕了，請勿使用它。 它可以通過皮膚和肺部吸收，從而損害未出生孩子的器官並導致先天性殘疾。 治療期間和停藥後六個月內嚴格有效的節育。 如果您確實懷孕了，請停止服用該藥並立即與您的醫生討論。
