Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions
卡馬西平和苯妥英可降低血液中該藥物的含量。 西咪替丁會增加血液中這種藥物的含量。

Mode of actions
甲苯咪唑的作用是阻止寄生蟲體內微管的形成。 它專門且永久地阻止這些蠕蟲吸收葡萄糖和其他營養物質。 結果，蠕蟲耗盡了儲存的能量（肝醣）並最終死亡。
Dosage & Administration
100 mg 片劑和懸浮液具有相同的劑量表，適用於成人和兒童：蟯蟲病：單片劑或 1 茶匙（5 毫升）懸浮液。
蛔蟲病、鉤蟲病、鞭蟲病：2片，分2次服用，連續3天或2茶匙（10毫升），分2次服用，連續3天。
絛蟲病和類圓線蟲病：成人：每次 2 片，每日兩次，連續 3 天。 兒童：每日兩次，每次 1 片或 1 茶匙（5 毫升），連續 3 天。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
