Precautions and warnings

Side-effects

Drug Interactions

Contraindications

Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 尿液鹼化 最多 10 克/天，分次服用，並攝取足夠的液體。 慢性代謝性酸中毒 >4.8 g/天（視需要）。 消化不良需要時1-5克。
IV 嚴重代謝性酸中毒 緩慢注射 >8.4% 的高滲透壓溶液或連續輸注較弱的溶液（通常為 1.26%）。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
