Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 發冷、發燒、頭痛、頭暈、背痛、關節痛、咳嗽加劇、感染、失眠、水腫、心跳過速、腹瀉、感覺異常和皮疹。 潛在致命：嚴重超敏反應（過敏反應）和輸液反應；肺部事件，例如急性呼吸窘迫症候群;心臟毒性。 中性粒細胞減少症（尤其是與化療一起給予時）。
Drug Interactions
將蒽環類藥物與此藥物一起使用會增加嚴重心臟問題的風險。 當與紫杉醇等其他化療藥物一起使用時，出現低白血球和貧血的可能性更高。 紫杉醇還可以減慢曲妥珠單抗離開體內的速度。 將這種藥物與華法林一起服用會增加出血的風險。
Contraindications
僅在最後一次服藥 6 個月後開始哺乳。 不要透過靜脈注射或單次快速注射快速給予該藥物。
Mode of actions
曲妥珠單抗是一種稱為單株抗體的藥物。 它的目標是一些在癌細胞表面發現的一種蛋白質，稱為 HER2（人類表皮生長因子受體 2）。 透過阻斷這種蛋白質，曲妥珠單抗有助於阻止含有過多 HER2 的癌細胞生長，這種情況發生在大約三分之一的乳癌病例中。
Dosage & Administration
成人：IV 轉移性乳癌 初始：透過輸注 4 mg/kg，然後每週 2 mg/kg。 早期乳癌 用於手術、放療或化療後的治療。 初始：經由輸注 8 mg/kg，然後每 3 週 6 mg/kg，持續一年或直至疾病復發。
如果患者漏服劑量超過 1 週：立即給予 6 mg/kg，然後根據先前的時間表進行後續週期；如果漏服劑量超過 1 週：重新加載 8 mg/kg，然後每 3 週維持 6 mg/kg。
Pregnancy & Lactation
懷孕期間不允許使用這種藥物。 如果您懷孕了，請勿使用它。 它可以透過皮膚和肺部吸收，從而損害未出生孩子的器官並導致先天性殘疾。 治療期間及停藥後六個月內嚴格有效的節育。 如果您確實懷孕了，請停止服用此藥並立即與您的醫生討論。
