Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 嗜睡、呼吸道感染、靜坐不能、錐體外系症候群、遲發性運動障礙、高血糖、頭暈、肌張力失調、頭痛、胃腸道失調、虛弱、躁動、皮疹、蕁麻疹、視力障礙、QT間期延長、直立性低血壓、催乳素水平升高、體重增加、性癲癇功能障礙、高脂血症、癲癇發作。 可能致命：血液惡液質、抗精神病藥物惡性症候群。
Drug Interactions
該藥可以對抗左旋多巴和多巴胺阻斷劑。 與降血壓藥一起服用可以進一步降低血壓。 與其他影響大腦的藥物或酒精一起服用可能會讓您感到特別困。
**警告：**將此藥物與延長 QT 間期的藥物（如多非利特、奎尼丁、索他洛爾、某些抗生素或某些抗抑鬱藥/抗精神病藥）合用可能會增加發生稱為尖端扭轉型室性心動過速的危險心律的風險。
Contraindications
不要同時使用口服和肌肉注射齊拉西酮。 如果您最近患有心臟病、嚴重心臟衰竭、心律不整或 QT 間期延長的情況（例如 QT 延長病史），請避免使用。 如果您患有依賴催乳素的腫瘤，請勿使用。 哺乳期間請勿使用。 這種藥物不應用於治療患有癡呆症的老年人的行為問題。
Mode of actions

Dosage & Administration
成人：PO 精神分裂症 HCl：>18 歲：初始：20 mg，每天兩次，如果需要，可緩慢增加至 80 mg，每天兩次。 維持：每次 20 毫克，每日兩次。
Mania As HCl：初始：40 mg，每天兩次，第 2 天增加至 60-80 mg，每天兩次。 隨後的劑量是基於患者的反應。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
