Precautions and warnings
جگر کے مسائل: جگر کے کام کو باقاعدگی سے چیک کریں۔ نوزائیدہ بچوں، حاملہ خواتین اور دودھ پلانے والی ماؤں میں احتیاط کے ساتھ استعمال کریں۔
Side-effects
- یرقان اور جگر کی خرابی (الٹنے والا)؛ جی آئی میں خلل۔ IV: Venospasm، thrombophloebitis اور haemolysis؛ hypocalcaemia SC/IM: ٹشو نیکروسس۔ حالات: خارش اور جلن۔
Drug Interactions
اینٹی سٹیفیلوکوکل پینسلن کے ساتھ استعمال کرنے پر بہتر کام کرتا ہے۔ سیپروفلوکسین کے ساتھ استعمال ہونے پر کم اچھی طرح سے کام کرتا ہے (مخالف)۔
Mode of actions
Fusidic ایسڈ بیکٹیریا کو پروٹین بنانے سے روک کر کام کرتا ہے۔ یہ اس عمل کو روک کر کرتا ہے جو پروٹین کے بلڈنگ بلاکس کو جگہ پر لے جاتا ہے، لہذا بیکٹیریا بڑھ نہیں سکتے یا زندہ نہیں رہ سکتے۔
Dosage & Administration
حساس انفیکشن بالغ: 500 ملی گرام tid۔ مکمل ہونے والے انفیکشن میں 1 جی تک بڑھ سکتے ہیں۔
بچہ: 2 سال: 1% آنکھوں کے قطرے کے طور پر: متاثرہ آنکھ میں ہر 12 گھنٹے میں 7 دن کے لیے 1 قطرہ ڈالیں۔
Pregnancy & Lactation
اگرچہ جانوروں کی تولیدی مطالعات نے جنین پر منفی اثر دکھایا ہے اور حاملہ خواتین میں کوئی مناسب اور اچھی طرح سے کنٹرول شدہ مطالعہ نہیں ہیں، لیکن حمل کے دوران، اس دوا کو ممکنہ خطرات کے باوجود اس وقت استعمال کیا جا سکتا ہے جب یقینی طور پر ضرورت ہو۔
نوزائیدہ بچے کے ساتھ مائیں جنہوں نے حمل کے آخری 3 مہینوں کے دوران اس دوا کا استعمال کیا ہے وہ شاذ و نادر ہی علامات پیدا کر سکتی ہیں جن میں غنودگی، پٹھوں کی اکڑن یا لرزش، کھانا کھلانے یا سانس لینے میں دشواری، مسلسل رونا شامل ہیں۔ اگر آپ کو اپنے بچے کی ان علامات میں سے کوئی خاص طور پر اس کے پہلے مہینے کے دوران نظر آتی ہے تو فوراً ڈاکٹر کو بتائیں۔
یہ دوا چھاتی کے دودھ میں جاتی ہے۔ دودھ پلانے سے پہلے اپنے ڈاکٹر سے بات کریں۔
