Precautions and warnings

Side-effects
- 輕度灼熱感、眼內壓 (IOP) 可逆性升高、反應性充血/反彈效應、白內障和角膜缺陷、青光眼、全身效應（長期使用）。
Contraindications
如有以下任何情況，請勿使用該藥物：
- 眼睛病毒感染，例如由單純皰疹引起的感染
- 眼睛真菌感染
- 眼部結核感染
- 角膜潰瘍

Mode of actions
氟米龍透過阻止某些白血球移動到受影響區域並防止血管過度滲漏來減輕發炎。
Dosage & Administration
成人及兒童（2歲以上）：
將 1-2 滴入結膜囊，每日 2-3 次。 在最初的 24-48 小時內，劑量可增加至每小時 1 滴。
Pregnancy & Lactation
儘管動物生殖研究顯示對胎兒有不良影響，並且在孕婦中沒有充分且良好對照的研究，但在懷孕期間，儘管存在潛在風險，但在確實需要時可以使用該藥物。
在懷孕最後 3 個月內使用這種藥物的新生兒母親可能很少會出現困倦、肌肉僵硬或顫抖、餵食或呼吸困難、持續哭泣等症狀。 如果您發現寶寶有任何這些症狀，尤其是在第一個月內，請立即告訴醫生。
這種藥物會進入母乳。 哺乳前請先諮詢您的醫生。
